Overview:
We
here at Grace Assembly believe there is no single perfect approach to
bringing
the Word of God into people's lives. With this in mind, we have
established
a wide ranging number of ministries dedicated to meeting the needs of
those
in specific demographics. These include ministries based on age, gender
and/or
interests. On this site, we're only able to offer you a brief glimpse
of
what's available. So, if something sounds interesting, give us a call,
send
us an email or just drop by to find out more of what we offer to meet
your
needs for spiritual and/or secular growth.
Children's Ministry:
Our
children are both a blessing and a responsibility. Therefore, we have
established
a number of programs designed to meet the needs of these most precious
members
of our congregation, ranging from a nursery available during services
to
after-school activities for the older children.

Youth Ministry:
As
our children grow, their needs change... educational, social, physical
and
spiritual. Understanding this, we have programs aimed at our older
youth,
especially those in their teens, ranging from services especially for
them
to conventions, retreats and other activities designed to help them
grow
into responsible, God-fearing adults. Click here

Adult's
Ministry:

Our
adult ministries are divided along gender lines as we have discovered
the
real truth behind such culturally trite sayings as "Men are from Mars,
Women
are from Venus." Each gender has its own role in the life of their
family,
their community, and their church. Therefore, we have established
ministries
designed to meet the special needs, as well as take advantage of the
special
talents, of each gender.

Senior
Adult's Ministry:
The
senior adult's ministry is treated separately from the regular adult
ministries
as it doesn't focus on gender specific issues. Rather, it focuses on
those
issues, both spiritual and secular, of interest to those age 50 and
older.

Music Ministry:
Choir
Throughout
the Bible, music plays a very important role, whether it be for
praising
the Lord or simply rejoicing in the abundance He has given us. We have
taken
this to heart and offer opportunities for the use of music in the
various
ministries through drama, vocals, instrumental ensembles and, of
course,
the Sanctuary choir, which not only sings during the Sunday morning
service
but also presents musicals and concerts throughout the year. We also
offer
the opportunity to play musical instruments at all services.

Missions:
We
believe that teaching the Word doesn't stop at the front door of the
church...
nor does it stop at the city limits. Therefore, we are firmly committed
to
reaching the world through our mission efforts and devote a large
percentage
of our budget for the support of those on missions both inside and
outside
the US. Opportunity for mission work, for those who have a calling for
this
ministry, is given through trips planned to various parts of the world.
We
also have regular visits, especially during our annual Missions
Convention,
from the various missionaries we support around the world. These visits
serve
a number of purposes, including raising our awareness of the conditions
around
the world, and demonstrating the part we all have in fulfilling
Christ's
charge to spread the Word to all nations.
